2026 Porsche Panamera Performance and Powertrain

The Panamera gets a turbocharged 2.9-liter V-6 engine with an output of 348 horsepower. It features an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission. The Panamera 4 is equipped with AWD, while the base Panamera gets RWD. Of course, the Panamera E-Hybrid joined the lineup last year, featuring the same V-6 engine but incorporating electric motors to add some extra horsepower. Output varies in the lineup, but E-Hybrid options can easily exceed 500 horsepower. The Panamera GTS highlights the models with the V-8 engine, offering a twin-turbo 4.0-liter powertrain that produces 493 horsepower. The Panamera Turbo E-Hybrid uses the same V-8 to the same effect as other E-Hybrid options, rocketing up to 60 in incredible fashion. The V-8 models are track-ready, with a uniquely tuned suspension, stiffer anti-roll bars, and a lower ride than base models. Every Panamera has an adaptive air-spring suspension, but a rear-wheel steering feature is now optional. 

E-Hybrid Panameras feature a 22-kWh battery pack with an onboard AC charger. It takes about two and a half hours to recharge the battery.
